At Noon, we aim to deliver your beauty essentials quickly and safely across the UK.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners.

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days — from £3.99

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — from £6.99
  Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.
 
5. Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact support@hernoon.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos, if applicable.
