REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of refund approval.
     

Please note that the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Opened, used, or tampered beauty and personal care products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
     

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us using the details on our contact us page with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

3. Shipping and Return Costs
 

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Noon Cosmetics is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
     

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon receipt with supporting photos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Additional Information
 

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return or refund that does not meet the conditions stated above.

  • Noon is not liable for any allergic reactions or product misuse once an item has been opened or used.
